Estancia Las Carreras

Estancia Las Carreras was built by the Jesuits around the year 1718 and reflects the cultural heritage of the region in its architecture. 10 charming rooms (either Inca or colonial in design) and rolling green hills lend almost a European Alps feel to the region but one of the main attractions of the estancia is the cuisine. The on-site restaurant is excellent and the farm is renowned for the famous Manchego cheese factory. Guests can tour the factory and taste the famous cheese, hike, bicycle, or ride horses through the hills in their free time. Some activities are an additional cost.
