Come along on a Wildland Adventures’ Kenya safari and experience the astonishing biodiversity of mountain, coastal and African savannah ecosystems where proud native peoples live in harmony with the world’s largest herds of migrating wildlife. Our Kenyan naturalist guides will take you to places where few other travelers venture and with minimum impact to the surrounding animals and cultures. You’ll venture into the African bush in national parks and protected areas such as the Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Samburu. During the early evenings, watch for hippos who gather at the camp’s nearby watering hole and listen for the sounds of lions and zebras. Embark on a bush walk with a Maasai tribesman, visit a nearby village to share a meal with a local family or stop by a town in Nanyuki, a major wool-producing area in Kenya, and learn about a weaving program that is actively helping the area’s poor, widowed and single women. After these safari adventures, relax and rejuvenate on the tropical Indian Ocean coast at Lamu or on the captivating island of Zanzibar.

Along the way, you’ll stay in peaceful lodges and luxury safari camps inside or near national parks – locations where many of the landholdings are leased from the local Maasai people who lead our walks, host our visits and teach us about their traditions. Join one of our scheduled luxury African tours or have us design a custom itinerary for your private group or family based on your interests, budget, travel style and available dates.
