Amazing Turkey Accommodations: Cave Hotel and Village Stays

By Kurt Kutay

Turkey is known for its abundant and impressive ancient sites, beautiful landscapes, complex and exotic culture, and its gourmet cuisine, but visitors are most impressed by the gracious hospitality of the Turkish people. On a Wildland Adventure in Turkey youll be staying with our Turkish friends in some of the most charming and memorable accommodations. In Cappadoccia, Haydar Hykar is our host at his amazing Elkep Evi Cave Hotel built into the side of a mountain. Mujde and Sevan Nisanyan have preserved several small homes in the historic village of Sirince in the coastal hills above the ancient Roman city of Ephesus. They host us at their Nisanyan Evleri Guest Houses, a five-room inn and three comfortable furnished houses where we wake up to the daily routine of a small peaceful village.
