Hike, kayak and explore Alaska's Inside Passage on this active multi-sport Alaska wildland adventure based from the comfort of a fully outfitted small expedition ship. Unbound by time or schedules, this adventurous Alaska vacation is designed for the more ambitious outdoor enthusiast. Discover hard to reach places that other ships can’t get to, hike trails deep into coastal forests with cascading waterfalls, kayak among icebergs in dramatic fiords, and trek on massive glaciers. We explore tidal flats where eagles and bears feed, and we are always on the lookout to photograph otters, whales, eagles, puffins and other Alaskan wildlife on land and sea. On this multi-sport Alaskan adventure voyage, the group size is limited to just 36 active travelers, permitting more time for longer, more challenging hikes and kayak outings that explore further into the wilderness than either our Eastern or Western Coves Adventures. Special guest speakers, wildlife viewing opportunities, weather and tides make each week different from the one before it.
