The extensions to all our India programs have been designed specifically to allow you, our Wildland fellow travelers, to easily construct your own India itinerary. By adding one, two, or all the extensions, you can shape your program just as you would most like it to be.
For example, if you are traveling on the 11 day Of Tigers and Palaces in Northern India, you might be conflicted as to whether to add the Udaipur Extension or the Varanasi & Khajurahu Extension. It is a difficult choice. Some travelers will choose the Varanasi & Khajurahu Extension. Other travelers will choose the Udaipur Extension. The solution for those who cannot choose - is to add them both. If you are traveling in November you can also add the Pushkar Camel Fair Extension. All have been designed to easily interlock. These extensions may be added before or after the main itinerary, and you may choose to include one, two, three or none, and book them in any order that you wish.
Likewise, if traveling on our Of Temples & Spice 11 day adventure in Southern India, there is the option of the Mahabalipuram Extension and the Ooty & Mysore Extension. The Mahabalipuram Extension may be added before the main Of Temples & Spice itinerary, and the Ooty & Mysore Extension may be added after the Of Temples & Spice itinerary. Both can be added to enhance your experience of arguably the most interesting destination on earth. What ever your choices, India is a destination unrivaled in its beauty and grandeur, both natural and man made, and possessing the most fascinating selection of peoples and culture in the world.
