International air, gorilla permits (listed separately) land services and meals not specifically described, tips and gratuities, visa fees, personal expenses, or costs associated with changes in your itinerary for reasons beyond our control. We recommend and offer travelers insurance.

*Pricing is per person and based on group size and season. Peak season is from Dec 16th – 31st, June 21st – October 31st. High season is from Jan 1 – March 31st. Low season is from April 1st to June 20th. Minimum age to trek for gorillas is 15. Gorilla permits are $500 per person per day and two days of trekking is included in this itinerary. Permits must be paid in full to confirm. 20% deposit required, both deposit and permit payment are non-refundable.
