Guests feel welcome and comfortable in this Zambia safari camp with stunning views of active wildlife and lush vegetation.

Nestled into one of the most wild and uncrowded
(with people that is!) section of the Luamfwa Concession, the Kalamu Lagoon Camp is an ideal location for a Zambia safari home base. Eight safari-style reed and canvas tents blend into the surrounding wilderness and provide comfort and exclusivity, with en suite bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor showers. Access to unbelievable concentrations of wildlife in the Luangwa River area and the lush vegetation of the riverbanks is a unique and extraordinary experience. Game drives will bring you encounters with elephant, buffalo, leopard, wild dog, spotted hyena, lion and many species of antelope. Return from a day of Zambia safari adventure to a delicious meal under the canopy of ebony trees or relax in the pool with a spectacular view of the lagoon.
