Hotel Novotel
  Hotel Novotel
The beautiful sun-filled Colonial courtyard and gardens is an ideal place to relax.

Built around the early 16th century home of the conquistador Miguel Sanchez Ponce, who fought with Pizarro during the conquest of Cajamarca, the Novotel opened its doors in June 2001. Declared a national historic monument, the restoration project underwent a long process of inspections b the PEruvian National Culture Institute. This hotel presents an exceptional style of colonial architecture and is the idea starting point to explore Cusco's many treasures. On occasion, the lobby of the hotel hosts local artisans exhibiting crafts and the skills and techniques typical of the Andean region.

16 Colonial-style rooms surround the courtyard. All have private bathroom, cable TV, mini-bar, and safe deposit box.
Lunch and dinner featuring regional cuisine and live background music are served at the Restaurant La Cave.
