Loldia House
Set in manicured lawns on the green shores of Lake Naivasha,
the Great Rift Valley's highest and purest lake, Loldia
House was built during the Second World War and has breathtaking
views of the dormant volcano, Mount Longonot. br>
At Loldia
House, you'll experience the life of Kenya's early settlers.
The ranch house offers eight en suite double bedrooms,
many with original furniture. Mouthwatering meals are
served under Acacia trees or in the original dining room. br>
Loldia
is ideally situated for visits to the diverse sanctuaries
of the region. By foot or on horseback, guests can
explore the farm's 6,500 acres where cattle graze among
flocks
of ostriches and herds of wild antelope such as waterbuck
and impala. There's also fishing and bird-watching
on Lake Naivasha, and visits to nearby Hell's Date National
Park
with its spectacular canyons, hot springs and wildlife. br>
