Casa de Frutas is a luxurious villa located in the private beach-side
community of Tulemar, just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park.
This 4,000 square foot "Bali Modern" style house features tropical,
open-air living with three private, air conditioned suites, panoramic
ocean views, an infinity edge plunge pool, Balinese pavilion and an
award winning beach within walking distance. (most vacation rentals
in Manuel Antonio are not truly walking distance to a beach and
require either a car or bus). There are nature and hiking trails
leading for incredible wildlife viewing including three types of
monkeys, sloths, exotic birds, insects and other wildlife. You'll see
as much Costa Rica wildlife in Tulemar as you will in the park! The
beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling and has free lounge
chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, and boogie boards for all guests to
use. Tulemar's beach was also proud to have just received the
prestigious "Blue Flag" award (Programa Bandera Azul Ecologica)
signifying pristine water and beach area, and environmentally /
ecologically protective practices. Perhaps the most unique and
distinguished feature of this Costa Rica luxury villa is the service

This home is available throughout the year and is best suited for
