The dining room, set on the shores of the Shire River. |
Mvuu Camp is located on the banks of the Shire River in Malawi’s premier wildlife viewing area, Liwonde National Park. There are five en-suite spacious stone and canvas chalets with covered verandahs as well as five, two room family units. Meals are served under the stars in the specially designed boma or in the thatched lounge and restaurant which enjoy sweeping views of the river where hippo, crocodile and a profusion of birdlife congregate. During the dry months, large herds of elephants may be seen from the bar. Game drives, walks and boat trips allow guests to view wildlife from a variety of perspectives.
