A charming 18th century adobe structure, this hacienda was home to the last governor of Salta appointed by the King of Spain. Today it provides all the comfort of a modern hotel while preserving its original colonial character. Each room is unique, cool and spacious, with thick adobe walls, tile floors, and colonial furnishings. Dine and enjoy a glass of wine alfresco in the shade of the ancient pepper tree that dominates the main patio, or relax next to the pool. An organic garden supplies much of the restaurant’s produce.
