Ten luxury thatched chalets string along the Zambezi River,
18 km upstream from the Victoria Falls. Rooms are three-sided with a
completely open front, giving guests uninterrupted views of the Zambezi. The main area is an Edwardian-style house, with a
lounge and dining area, and a wide veranda. Lunch is often served on the
manicured lawns and elephants and hippo are regularly seen from the lodge.
Included are sundowner cruises, visits to the Victoria
Falls or the Simonga village, local markets and Livingstone, with
a variety of other activities such as bungee jumping and helicopter flights
available at additional cost.
