Note: As the M/V Grace is new in the water in Galapagos, images of
the interior refurbish are still forthcoming.

The luxury class motor yacht Grace is among the finest small Galapagos yachts. She has traversed the oceans of the world under many names but has been re-christened for her life in the Galapagos after her late owner the Serene Highness Princess Grace of Monaco, a name representative of her elegance, beauty and prestige. M/Y Grace's stellar past includes ownership and use by the rich and famous like Sir George Tilley and Aristotle Onassis, a brief stint in the British navy, and the vacation home of politicians and celebrities including Winston Churchill.

The 18 passenger M/Y Grace is the ideal Galapagos yacht for the traveler who seeks an in-depth natural history Galapagos adventure, complemented with excellent service, superb accommodations and exceptional dining. With one naturalist guide for every 9 guests on a full ship, all passengers appreciate the personalized onboard service and close interaction with guides in the field.

Public Areas:

At 144 feet in length with a wide beam, the M/Y Grace Galapagos yacht features spacious decks and public areas including a main salon equipped with a bar, TV/Video system and stereo system. The sundeck has a bar and plenty of space to enjoy the views in the open air. On your trip to Galapagos you can also relax on the front deck in the jacuzzi and lounge in sun chairs. Meals are served buffet style either in the interior dining room or in the al-fresco dining area.

Capacity / Accommodations:

Nine spacious staterooms up to 200 square feet each feature private bathroom, bath robes, hair dryers, safe boxes, telephones, ample storage space, and individual climate controls. Cabins are cleaned twice daily by the attentive crew. Four cabins with double beds are located on the A-level deck and five with twin beds are on the C-level.

Crew and Amenities :

Ten crew members, one cruise director, and two licensed naturalist guides enhance your Galapagos Islands vacation by assuring personal service and among the best guide to passenger ratios in the Galapagos Islands. Naturalist guides are trained and licensed by the Galapagos Islands National Park Service and Charles Darwin Research Station. Snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and wetsuits are available.

Safety and Environment:

M/Y Grace meets all international standards of safety for a ship of its class. It is ISM certified and is equipped with an emergency alarm system, 2 emergency life rafts with emergency life vests, fog horns, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers. All emergency equipment is SOLAS certified.
