Vessels
The intricate waterways of Chile feature some of the most
spectacular scenery in the world. We offer two very exciting
ways to experience the majesty of this beautiful region.
The cozy and intimate 8 passenger Cahuella plies the fjords
and passages between Chiloe Island and mainland Chile’s
Pumalin Park. Its small size and the crew’s long-standing
familiarity with the inhabitants of this area afford Cahuella’s
passengers an unrivalled opportunity to experience Chile
in a way very few “mainstream” tourists will
ever know.
For those discerning passengers seeking the ultimate Patagonia
experience, the Mare Australis and new twin vessel, the
Via Australis (due November 2005) elegantly connect two
of our most exciting destinations, Argentina’s Los
Glaciares National Park, and Chile’s Torres del Paine
National Park. Exquisite accommodations, top naturalist
guides and fascinating shore excursions offer passengers
a truly unique and comprehensive Patagonia experience.
