Cahuella

  Cahuella is specially designed to navigate the spectacular fjords of Chile
Constructed in 1998 and specifically designed to navigate the breathtaking fjords of Central Chile, Cahuella is named after a mythical dolphin who accompanies the ghost ship El Calueche, protecting wildlife and good souls.

The vessel combines comfort with reliability and a crew dedicated to presenting a spectacular experience to their fortunate passengers. Four cabins accommodate 8 guests, 3 with upper/lower berths, 1 with a double bed. Guests share 2 bathrooms with hot water showers. There is also a cozy dining room offering the best in fresh Chilean seafood and produce, accompanied by excellent Chilean wines.

 
  Living Spaces on the Cahuella are cozy but comfortable
The crew consists of a Chilean Navy certified captain, First Mate and machinist, gourmet cook and English-speaking naturalist guide. Cahuella carries full liability insurance coverage offered by Cruz del Sur, the largest firm in Chile.

The mid-ship cabins offer bunk-bedded berths.   The Cahuella offers two shared restrooms with showers.   Public areas onboard are perfect for sharing a Chilean vintage and the gourmet cuisine of the Cahuella.
